WHATS INVOLVED?
Animal feed for the alpacas, sheep and ducks! (Remember to wash hands afterwards)!
Book with or without a mini alpaca trek (£5 extra to participate in 10 - 15 min trek in the paddock).
Indoor alpaca fibre craft - make a picture for home!
Large games room with table tennis, pool, table football & games.
Outdoor play area & football pitch.
Complimentary tea, coffee & diluting juice.
Alpaca Kids (with Mini Trek):
- 10 -15 minute mini alpaca trek
- Photo opportunities with alpaca
- Children under 8 must be assisted by an adult
- Trek time allocated on arrival
- Limited mini trek spaces per session - please book in advance
- £15 per child
Alpaca Kids (without Mini Trek):
- Feed the alpacas, sheep & ducks
- Alpaca fibre craft
- Outdoor play area & indoor games room
- £10 per child

CANCELLATION POLICY
Please ensure you are aware of the cancellation policy as part of the Terms & Conditions when a trek booking is made.
CANCELLATION BY CUSTOMER:
Cancellation 2 weeks before experience date: refund less £10 admin fee OR reschedule trek to another available date OR voucher for full amount
Cancellation 2 weeks to 48hrs before experience: 50% refund
Cancellation within 48hrs or no-show: no refund
CANCELLATION BY ARRAN ALPACAS:
We reserve the right to cancel an experience in circumstances out with our control. Should this happen, a 100% refund will be given.
CANCELLATION DUE TO FERRIES:
If the ferries have affected your travel plans, we understand this is out with the control of both Arran Alpacas and yourself. You will have the option to reschedule your trek to another available date OR receive a voucher for the full amount.
